From the first chat to your Arctic adventure

START PLANNING YOUR TRIP

I recommend starting the planning process early. This allows me to secure the best hotels, services and guides for your trip.

The first introductory chat

On our first chat, I will ask you many questions about:

  • Which Arctic destinations you are interested in, and why
  • The main purpose of your trip
  • The activities and experiences you are interested in
  • The must-sees and must-dos on your travel list
  • The types of accommodation and vehicles you would like
  • The dates you are thinking of
  • How you prefer to get around: self-drive or with a private driver-guide

The more information you provide, the better your experience will be.

Short itinerary draft

After that, I will start working on a first short itinerary draft that suits the preferences we spoke about. At this point, you will have two choices:

Full Experience

Your experiential trip organized and booked entirely through Arctic Travel Designer. You receive vouchers for all accommodation and activities, a complete daily itinerary and a driving map with famous sights, hidden gems and emergency numbers.

The final price includes everything.

Itinerary Only

You get the itinerary and the driving map, and book the rest yourself.

I only charge a small fee for the work done.

30% deposit

Once we both agree on the itinerary and price, you will pay a 30% deposit to my travel partner, who takes care of all payments and bookings. As I am not a travel agency, I cannot accept direct payments.

Booking time

As soon as the payment is received, my partner takes care of all the related bookings, while I finalize your itinerary.

Remaining balance and travel documents

60 days before your trip, you pay the remaining balance and I send you all your travel documents. At this point, you are ready to go and experience the Arctic!

Be in touch

With my phone and WhatsApp, I stay in touch while you are traveling, offering personal help and daily tips along the road, so you enjoy your trip to the fullest.
